Our commercial property department is headed by John Cunliffe who has expertise in heavyweight commercial property work not always found in high street firms, including sales and purchases of industrial and development sites, as well as a wealth of knowledge about leases of shops, offices and commercial premises generally.
He is supported by consultant Nigel Shaw who was previously a partner in the local firm of Pryce & Co. and has many years experience in this kind of work.
