The Family Law Team

Roger Elliot

Roger has over thirty years’ experience in all aspects of family law, particularly dealing with financial matters following divorce and the breakdown of relationships between cohabiting couples (including complex cases and those involving businesses and other significant assets), financial claims against the estate of a deceased family member, pre-marital and separation agreements and disputes concerning contact or residence arrangements for children.

In addition to his work in the Family Law department at Franklins, he is an assessor for the family law panel run by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and regularly sits as a Deputy District Judge at the Principal Registry of the Family Division of the High Court in London.
