Nigel Shaw
Nigel Shaw qualified as a solicitor in 1975 and was admitted as a Notary Public in 1981. He is a consultant with Franklins, and has practised locally for over 30 years. In addition to his work as a Notary, he handles a full range of commercial and private client property matters, including leases, licensed premises, business sales and acquisitions, rural property issues and property litigation.
His particular areas of expertise include:
- Commercial property transactions, including leases and related arrangements;
- Residential property transactions, including lease extensions and enfranchisement;
- Licensing and statutory compliance;
- Adverse possession and title investigation;
- Property issues including rights affecting land and waterways, restrictive covenants and co-ownership;
