Julia Kent
Julia Kent trained with Franklins after a law degree at Exeter University, and became a partner in the firm in 1983. She has vast experience of the conveyancing of residential property, and her commonsense approach is appreciated by clients. She is a member of the Law Society Property Section, and also the Law Management Section.
Sarah Bruce
Sarah qualified as a solicitor in 1982 and has worked at Franklins since 2001. She specialises in all aspects of freehold and leasehold residential conveyancing.
Claire Simcock
Claire originally joined the practice in 1995 as a secretary in the Conveyancing Department. She undertook the necessary examinations with the Institute of Legal Executives and qualified as a Fellow in October 2000. She deals with residential conveyancing - freehold and leasehold, re-mortgages, probate sales and matrimonial conveyancing.
