Helen Foreman
Helen
Foreman is the partner responsible for Franklins’ private client (wills
and probate) department. She read history at Oxford University, and
qualified as a solicitor in 1988. Helen joined Franklins in 1999. She
was admitted to the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners in 2001
and is a member of the Probate Section of the Law Society of England
and Wales. Helen is on Mencap’s list of experienced practitioners
working in the field of wills and trusts for the disabled.
Aislinn Goodman
Aislinn qualified as a solicitor with Franklins in 2003. She is a member of our Private client Department, mainly dealing with Wills and Probate. Aislinn also carries out all aspects of Power of Attorney work, including General Powers, Lasting Powers under the changes introduced in October 2007 and the registration of Enduring Powers created prior to that date. Aislinn also acts in connection with Court of Protection matters as well as the ever-increasing area of elderly client issues. She is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly.
