Wills
It is almost always advisable to have a will, so that you can be sure that your assets are dealt with in the best way for the people or charities you would like to benefit.
Wills are technical documents. We see home-made wills from time to time. Some of these work, but it is surprisingly easy to get them wrong, which can cause a great deal of subsequent complication and expense.
For those with young children, a will can appoint legal guardians to care for the children and their interests if there are no surviving parents.
We participate in the Will Aid scheme. For a link to this and other useful links relating to wills and probate, please see our links page.
